Description:

Pre-owned heart pendant enhancer crafted from Sterling Silver.

Sterling silver heart with open work, cut-out hearts and raised gold tone heart.

The sterling heart, with the cut-outs, is backed by an onyx heart layer, which can be removed. I don't believe it was meant to be worn without the onyx backing, but wanted to share this interesting feauture.

Hinged enhancer bale, doubles as a pendant and enhancer.

Beautiful, unusual heart pendant.
